Christian Life Group – the last meeting will be on the 15th July and we shall restart on the 9th September.

Prayer for Renewal - Please note the next meeting will be Monday 21st July 7.30pm led by Michael Cole.

All Saints’ on Missions – On Sunday 27th July we will be launching Mission 09. All Saints’ Mission Committee with the YAK department are intending to take a team of 25+ people on mission overseas with Emmanuel International in August 09. If you are interested see Betty, Linda or Mark and sign up for the lunch for the 27th July at the back of church near the display

NO PRIME TIME this Wednesday but next week, 30 July, we will be holding our FIRST BIRTHDAY party. Everyone is welcome to come along and have some fun between 2.30pm and 4.30pm in the Centre Lounge.

HOPE 08 Prayer Walk along Eastbourne Seafront Saturday 9th August. Join together at Sovereign Harbour, praying for our town as we go. Meet outside the Harvester at 10am. At 12.15 we’ll gather at Holywell for a time of corporate prayer.

Musicians & Singers. We are calling together singers and musicians from all our services to come on Saturday 16th August and consider how we can bring most glory to God through the talents he has given us. If you want more details see the flyer or contact Shaun in the Church Office.

18th to 21st August The Eastbourne to Paris Cycle Ride raising money for "People Matter" Please sponser the group which includes the Vicar and a Church Warden!

Christian Solidarity Worldwide – I am climbing Ben Nevis 26 – 28 September to raise money for this worthwhile charity and also holding a Bring & Buy coffee morning on Saturday 30th August 10am – 11.30am at 30 Prideaux Road. Tickets £2 Please come and support me if you can. Freddie Strong.

Are you concerned about the content, quality and suitability of music in worship? What makes lyrics God-honouring, memorable, stirring, or feeble, transient, irritating? An afternoon with Christopher Idle (Introduced by Michael Wilcock)at All Saints’ on Saturday 6th September 3:30pm – 5:00 pm Followed by tea - Admission free. (for more details see the seperate page near the bottom of the index)

Radiant 08 Women’s Conference – Devonshire Park Complex. 19 – 21 September. 4 celebrations, 32 workshops, Fair Trade Fashion Show, Pamper Room, Chick Flick and much more. For more details and list of speakers and booking form please collect a leaflet from the back of church on the table.

Following Jesus is a Chichester Diocesan course for Christians who want to grow in faith and discipleship. The course consists of 26 sessions which take place at a deanery or other local centre. The course begins in September and there are leaflets together with enrolment forms at the back of church, but if you would like some further information, Gwen has some leaflets in her office.

Some of the studies locally include – Exploring the Psalms, Bereavement visiting –help or hindrance?-Jeremiah – Ruth – Pilgrimage and the Holy Land.

Hope 08 Mission event – 5 a side tournament 20th September, beginning at 2pm and ending at 8.30pm after a talk and some curry and beer. There are only a few places left, so call Damian Piper on 07769 702873 or email him at damianpipers@googlemail.com

TRIP TO ISRAEL – Robert is thinking of organising a trip in the Autumn of 2009 or Spring 2010. If anybody would be interested please give your details to Robert so he can arrange a meeting to talk about it further.
